Our team of seasoned compensation professionals, including decades in Silicon Valley recognize what it takes to deliver result driven strategies in a dynamic business landscape. We believe success is through collaboration with clients and in cultivating strong partnerships, established on trust, communication and efficiency.
Prior to founding Global Compensation Resources, Jen acquired progressive experience in professional Compensation/Total Rewards roles, (encompassing both strategic and tactical components) for over ten years in the San Francisco Bay Area at companies such as VMware, Okta, Silver Spring Networks and Chevron Headquarters. Where she managed large-scale projects for Compensation Programs, developed process efficiencies, and led cross-functional teams. In that time, Jen developed a strong background developing and influencing data-based strategies by analyzing data to formulate recommendations and prepare presentations to share with key stakeholders.
In addition, she had extensive global travel opportunities to partner internally with business leaders, as well as local external consultants on total rewards matters. Before her experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jen started her career as a Compensation Analyst in 2004 at Johnson Controls, Inc., a globally diversified technology and industrial business company.
Jen received her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
